ENLISTED RANKS
RME's majority of soldiers is made up of enlisted men. They have the strength and honor to get the job done. Enlisted ranks are below Commissioned Officer's, however "the backbone of RME" the NCO's are E-5 - E-9. The Sergeant Major of a branch is treated as a four star general and speaks on behalf of all enlisted soldiers in their division (does not apply for the RME Air Force). Ranks with the same pay grade (i.e. Specialist 4 and Corporal are both E-4's) mean that the other rank is a leadership rank and shows more potential for leadership. The latter of the pay grade is the leadership rank.
